The shuttle service was punctual, and the front desk staff were quite accommodating, offering helpful suggestions. I felt welcomed upon entering, which was a pleasant surprise in such a budget hotel.

Unfortunately, my room had an unpleasant stale cigarette smell, and the shower was broken. I struggled to feel safe due to the noise outside and dirty sheets added to my discomfort.

Consider checking for cleanliness in your room upon arrival, as my first room had bugs. The front desk was quick to assist with a move.

We loved the shuttle service. it made getting to the airport super easy after our trip to explore Tulsa's music scene. Traveling with our small child, we appreciated the easy access to food suggestions provided by the front desk staff.

My wife says that it would be great to have cleaner rooms for families with kids.

the room had roaches crawling on the wall (not cool). the staff was quick to provide a working toilet and decent towels. check-in was smooth (at least that part was okay) and the ambiance was decent enough.
